€15,00 surcharge per day (Adults or Children, even if free) with lunch to be consumed either in the Hotel or by requesting a box lunch for a picnic, or by collecting a Meal Ticket to be used in participating restaurants, refuges, and Alpine Cottages. The formula is chosen at the time of booking and is binding for the entire duration of the stay and for all members of the family.
- LOYALTY DISCOUNT: Customers who have stayed with us for the last 3 years in a row will receive a 3% discount during all periods (in the fourth year)

Info and methods: some useful information for booking
Check-in / Check-out
- Rooms are available starting at 14:00. You can also check-in in the morning and enjoy lunch on the day of your arrival.
- On the day of departure, please leave your room by 9:00.
- Check-in up to 11:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Since it is a family facility, the Hotel closes from midnight until 6 am and does not have “night service”.
Booking
- Rooms are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
- There is a fee when cancelling your booking or for early departure.
- Rooms are assigned based on logistics. If you have chosen a specific room, we will do our best to assign it to you. In any case, we reserve the right to assign you a different room with identical standards without prior notice and to make changes, even during your stay, for planning and internal organisation reasons.
- Meals that are not eaten are not reimbursed.
- Extra meal € 30.00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Wellness centre for a fee (€ 15.00 per person) open from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. To be booked by the morning of the same day.

NEW CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION METHODS
Hoping for a very welcome confirmation, as usual, we will ask for the payment of a small deposit by postal order or bank transfer. However, given the particularly uncertain situation that we are still experiencing, we have updated and improved the cancellation policies, in compliance with recent government regulations, as follows:
POSSIBILITY OF CANCELLING UP TO THE DAY OF ARRIVAL WITHOUT PENALTIES: We do not offer insurance policies. However, if you are forced to cancel your booking up until the day of your arrival, we will keep the amount already paid as a deposit, without applying any penalties, for a subsequent similar summer or winter stay without any deadlines, to be agreed upon together according to your needs and subject to availability.
To ensure maximum cooperation and openness, we have therefore extended the period of validity of the deposit (set by law at 12 months), avoiding any expiration.
